We need a part time dishwasher for our upscale Harvest Restaurant at Thanksgiving Point.
Purpose: The purpose of the dishwasher is to wash china, glassware, flatware, and pots and pans in a timely and efficient manner using strict sanitary guidelines and to keep the kitchen clean.
Scope: A dishwasher does everything from washing dishes to cleaning floors to emptying the trash; anything and everything involved in the cleanliness of the kitchen.
Responsibilities: Washing dishes, washing pots and pans, organizing dishes and small wares, emptying trash, sweeping, mopping and general cleaning, will also report to Chef or supervisor for additional duties.
Requirements: Must have a good work ethic, must be strong, willing to work long hours, have basic communication skills, and be able to work well with others. High School Education or equivalent, no experience necessary, will train.
Shifts: A.M shifts from 8-4 Monday through Saturday, and P.M. shift 4-close Monday through Saturday. 30 - 39 hours per week.
