Thanksgiving Point Employee Membership

We need a  Busser/Food Runner for our upscale restaurant at Thanksgiving Point, the Harvest Restaurant.

Responsibilities: Run food, maintain expo line cleanliness, communicate from kitchen to dining room with manager/servers, set-up and break-down expo line.  Set-up/break-down busser station, clear and re-set dirty tables, fill water glasses for guests, communicate with front of house staff and managers

Requirements: Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, is a team player, can lift heavy items up to about 25 lbs, is able to be on feet and up and moving around for about 5 hrs/shift, self-starter.

Shifts: Mostly Monday - Saturday 10:30 am - 3:30 pm, but may be some 4:30 pm  - 10:00 pm.  Flexibility is a plus (which includes lunch and dinner availability).
