We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to work in our Box Office and Reception. This person will be responsible for welcoming and greeting our guests, in person and over the phone. Dependability and excellent customer service skills are a must.
Must be able to work 20-25 hours per week, evenings and additional hours may be required during public events. Must be able to work Saturdays and holidays. This individual should be able to work well alone and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound phone calls
• Selling event tickets
• Selling memberships, and answering membership questions
• Know and understand Thanksgiving Point venues and events
• Fast learner; able to learn and operate new computer systems
• Excellent phone skills
• Answer guest questions
• Provide directions around Thanksgiving Point
• Understand our venues and what each has to offer

SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Candidate should be dependable, professional, and organized.
Must display abilities in customer focus, service, verbal and written communication skills, and good phone skills.
Job required skills include listening, building relationships, people skills, problem solving, multi-tasking, quality focus, documentation skills, resolving conflict, and analyzing information.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or GED and some basic office skills and customer service experience required.
Computer and Microsoft application knowledge is also necessary.
