Thanksgiving Point Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit farm, garden and museum complex that draws upon the natural world to cultivate transformative family learning.

Come join our team at the Expedition Cafe at Thanksgiving Point! We need to fill a part time position for a friendly multi-tasker to handle all aspects of food service for our Expedition Café including making and serving food and to ring up customers.  

Responsibilities:  Will be working in the Expedition Café at the museum making hot and cold food items, balancing a till, light lifting, rotation and restocking of food items, cleaning of the Café and work area, and all other tasks assigned by Manager.

Requirements: Must be able to follow directions, accomplish given tasks in a timely manner and work well under pressure on busy evenings with movie rushes. Must have a food handler's permit or be willing to acquire one, money handling abilities and work well with others. Previous food service experience preferred.

Food Service / Cashier Shifts:

Mostly day shifts with some evenings.  Monday - Saturday, day shift is 10:30 - 4, night shift is 3:00-8:30 pm 

Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Closed Sundays
